Preparation Method

• Steam the apple cubes and make a puree.

• Add ragi flour to a vessel, add water, and cook on low flame for about 5 minutes.

• Add the pureed apple and crushed jaggery and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

• Lastly, add the ghee and stir it thoroughly.
