This is 100% genuine - a emergency surgery claim worth around 100,000 dollars was reimbursed almost in full by them - process was smooth and happened within 2-3 months, with frequent follow-ups, doc visits etc. There are cheaper insurance plans by other insurers, but always check feedback/reviews before choosing your insurance providers. Additionally there is no false marketing calls so far so your no. is safe from misuse. The policy covers all the basics you need to travel and more so that you feel secure in a new and foreign environment and you don't have to struggle in case you are in trouble. So far I've not had the opportunity to actually use the policy for making a claim, but I have the example of my brother for whom the claim was accepted and settled in timely and coordinated manner. The website is nicely designed, user friendly and even someone not well versed to use the internet can take the policy quickly. There are options to nominate in the policy. You can also take policy for your spouse or parent's easily. There are single individual and family plans that can be structured to your liking. Overall, a good and pleasant experience not once but 5 times so far. Easy to avail. No they had the opportunity to claim, but I believe it should be equally easy and convenient. My recommendation is to everyone, take this policy and be secure for your foreign journeys.
