To ensure that your pet is eligible for HDFC ERGO Pet Insurance and to provide comprehensive coverage, there are certain criteria that must be met:
Pet must be minimum 6 months old to be eligible for enrolment. The maximum entry age for coverage is 5 years old.

The claim process of HDFC ERGO pet insurance is an easy 4 step process. We provide claims on a reimbursement basis. Kindly notify us within 24 hours for mortality benefits or major illness, and within 72 hours for other sections specified in the Policy.
