• Urad dal - 1 tbsp

• Green peas - ½ cup
• Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
• Curry leaves - 4-5
• Ghee - 2 tbsp

• Wash the rice and toor dal together thoroughly.
• Put washed dal, rice, chopped tomatoes, and peas in a pressure cooker. Also, add some salt to taste.
• Pressure cook the washed dal, rice, tomatoes, and peas up to 4-5 whistles.
• Add ghee to a tadka pan, then curry leaves and mustard seeds. After the mustard seeds start spluttering and the curry leaves turn crisp, add the urad and chana dals and sauté gently.
• Pour the seasoning over the cooked mixture in the pressure cooker and mix thoroughly.
• Once the pressure is eliminated, remove the lid of the pressure cooker and mash the veggies using a spoon.
