The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 received the 2019 IMOTY or Indian Motorcycle of the Year award. It is India's most prestigious two-wheeler award. The IMOTY is the most important two-wheeler award in India as the judges consist of some of the most experienced and eminent two-wheeler journalists.

Royal Enfield launched two anniversary edition bikes to mark its 120th Year Anniversary. These are:

Continental GT

Interceptor 650

Do note that a total of 480 motorcycles will be sold under this limited-edition category and the distribution will happen in only 4 regions. 120 units each will be sold in India, Europe, Americas and South-East Asia. Features of the limited-edition bikes:

• There is an exquisite die-cast brass badge on the motorcycle’s tank that is handcrafted by sculptors from Tamil Nadu, India.

• The pinstripes over the tank are hand-painted to mark the legendary Madras stripes. It is a hallmark of Royal Enfield’s build traditions.

• There is also an anniversary emblem, exclusive seats and a unique serial number on the fuel tanks.

• The black-chrome tanks are manufactured at the Chennai plant, which was the original Royal Enfield Factory in India since 1950s. The bikes are made of a special chrome, which is an alternative sustainable trivalent (graphite) chrome and is environment-friendly too.

• The bike has an all-black body, fitted with genuine brand accessories.

• The seats are of premium quality, in rich brown shades, and paired with colour-matched grips on the handlebar. It goes well with the striking bold all-black colour scheme.

Visit the Royal Enfield website, sign up and fill out the registration form. You need to put in your personal details like your name, mobile number, email ID, state and city of residence, country, etc.

• Generate Unique Code

As part of the registration process, you will get a unique code. Preserve the code. It is unique and will be your entry ticket for the online sale. The sale has start from December 6, 2021, 7PM and will go on till stocks last.

• How to Login on the Sale Day

You need to login with your unique code during the online sale. Participate and you might end up owning a Royal Enfield 120th Year Anniversary Edition Continental GT or Interceptor 650.
