I have had great experience with HDFC Ergo General Insurance policies. I have all my and family members vehicles with HDFC Ergo Insurance. Why i choose to be with HDFC Ergo General Insurance? 1. Competitive Insurance premium. Mostly better than the other competitor providing similar features/services. 2. Ease of cashless claims. HDFC Ergo has good network and almost all of the authorized service centers are in the network for cashless claims. 3. The claim process is simple and i receive regular updates through SMS on the progress made. During the whole process the customer care support has been good. Improvement Suggestion: 1. The mobile app for HDFC Ergo General Insurance does not sync up automatically after the policy renewal. We need to add that policy again. This shouldn't be required. 2. Not sure if its in HDFC Ergo's responsibility, the Telangana RTA app that we use for RC of vehicle, the insurance information does not refresh even after few months of policy renewal or if the earlier policy was from another Insurance Provider. 4.

I was using the policy from 4years it was nice experience. Customer support is extremely good. The policy cover all the major health issues. For non claim providing bonus as summer assured it was extremely good. Premium for small family is negotiable when compared with other providers. The policy covers immediately for accident related issues.
