The duration of online processing should be less compared to what it took in each steps in approval. It provided me monthly insurance premium payment option that is very useful.

The policy was good and very easy to purchase online. Policy copy was mailed to me after confirmation. I got a message that your policy hard copy was sent through courier. But policy hard copy was not received. Anyhow I have soft copy of the same. I took print out of it and showing when ever required.
