The Here app uses historical claims data to give users an approximate price range of the chosen procedure at different hospitals. The estimate also mentions the amount that will be covered by the policy and the amount that will have to be borne by the patient. This feature is used to introduce complete transparency; allowing users to compare rates and make the best decision for themselves.

3. How does the Patient Connect feature work?

Any user can use the Patient Connect function in 2 ways:

• Directly connect with patients who have previously undergone a similar medical procedure/experience.
• Become a volunteer and share your medical journey with patients.

4. How can the Here app help me with SOS Services?

In case your vehicle breaks down, the Here app can help you by locating nearby hospitals, towing and garage services. When you’re running low on fuel, it can show you the nearest EV charging/fuel stations.

5. How can I buy and manage insurance on the Here app?

The Here app displays details of your active and expired HDFC Ergo insurance policies. You can buy new insurance policies as well as set reminders so you don’t miss renewals.
