• Wheat flour – 2 teaspoons

• Sugar – 2 teaspoons, and for the syrup – 1 cup

• Baking soda – 1 teaspoon

• Salt – a small pinch

• Oil – for frying (can use ghee also)

• Water – 1 cup

• Cardamom powder — a small pinch

Steps to Make

• Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl. These include chenna, wheat flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, sugar (only 2 teaspoons) and cardamom powder.
