Know the deal before you seal the deal Top questions to ask your dealer

Buying a car may be an adrenaline rush, but it is, by no means, an easy decision. It involves a lot of research, and more often than not, you are caught up in a whirlwind of information available to you. But how do you sift through the layers of information on car types, models and trims, features, price range, and customize it to your need? Well, the art lies in asking the right questions before you sign the deal!

So, next time, before you step into your preferred dealership, ask the following questions to make sure you walk out with the vehicle of your dreams that won’t become a nightmare down the road.

Questions to ask when for a new car purchase:

About the car

1. Is the car on the lot? Is the specific model and trim available?

2. How economical is the car? What is the mileage?

3. What are the safety features available in the car? What is the safety rating of the car?

4. What are the other features that I should know about which I might have missed reading?

29. Do I have to get car insurance from the dealership, or can I buy it independently? What are the benefits?

30. How soon can the car be delivered? If a specific car model needs to be arranged from another dealership (within or out of state), are they going to be additional charges?

Other questions about the car

31. How much time can I take to make up my mind?

This was an exhaustive list of questions for a new car buyer, but purchasing a second-hand car is a whole new ballgame altogether. Typically, used cars aren’t well inspected and purchasing an unverified car could spell doom for you. However, in addition to the above questions, you can learn a lot about the used vehicle with the following questions before you agree to any paperwork.
