World Oral Health Day 2022 – Tips to Take Care of Your Oral Hygiene

These simple things will keep your teeth strong and intact for long.
5. Avoid junk food:
What you eat not only affects your physical and mental health but your teeth as well. Sugary snacks, fast food, confectionery and other such foods are bad for your teeth and body. Hence, instead of adding unhealthy foods and snacks to your diet, look for healthy and non-acidic options. For instance, you can replace cookies with a handful of nuts or fresh fruits, fried foods with steamed or grilled ones, and so on.
