• Open your mouth to create an exaggerated "O" sound, tightening the muscles.

• Open your mouth for an exaggerated "E" sound.

• Repeat the motion, pushing your head forward.

4. Chin-Up

5. Tongue Twister

• Place your tongue at the roof of your mouth, just behind your teeth.

• Press the tongue firmly against the roof to create tension.
