• Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
• Hinge your hips back slightly while keeping your back straight.
• Bend your knees so that you are in the squat position. When you are in the correct position, your thighs will be almost parallel to the ground.
• Place both your palms on the floor, right under the shoulders.
• Put your weight on your hands and push your feet straight at the back. Your body should be in one line.
• Bend your elbows and do a push-up.
• When your chest is almost touching the floor, push your body up into a plank. Your palms should still be on the floor.
• Bring your feet back under the hips in a frog kick, and jump back to the starting position.
• Jump instantly into the air with your arms swinging above you. When you land on the floor, bend your knees and lower yourself into a squat for another repetition.
