With an aim to conduct massive awareness campaign and ensure maximum enrollments during the Kharif 2019 season, Government of India had launched the Crop Insurance Week. This campaign was jointly implemented by all key stakeholders including
Government, Banks & Financial Institutions, ICs and CSC-VLEs. HDFC ERGO conducted impactful campaigns across allocated states and ensured the message regarding benefits of PMFBY reaches the last mile rural population. The impact of
this activity was seen in the enrollment numbers which showed exponential growth in comparison to the previous years.
