Tata Curvv Design
Tata Curvvwill have a coupe SUV design, which can be compared to the BMW S5 with a Sportback-type rear end, which is now the norm in most model lineups of most manufacturers. The coupe SUV body style will be the only one in India.
The car will come with the front with LED DRLs running across the width until its ORVMs. The Tata EV Curvv will not have a grille. However, the ICE version will have a chequered grill. Both concepts have many cuts and creases and a sharp design language. We will have inverted L-shaped LED taillamps at the back that run through the entire tailgate's length.
Tata Curvv Platform
Tata Curvvwill be based on the Tata Motors X1 platform, the one on which the Tata Nexon is based. Tata Nexon has its lineage coming from the Indica Vista. The X1 platform was re-engineered to be the Gen 2 architecture. It has a Bharat NCAP norm-compliant architecture. The platform on which theTata Curvvhas been made is different. However, it has been stretched. The Curvv wheelbase is different from the Nexon as well. While the Nexon has a 2498mm wheelbase, the Curve will sport a 2600mm wheelbase. The length will be around 4.3 metres.
