On opening the app, you will be asked to register by entering your personal details, such as name, gender, date of birth, Aadhar Number, and phone number.

Go to the 'Central Government’ tab and select ‘Ministry of Family Health and Welfare’ from the drop-down menu.

You will find the `Vaccine Certified’ tab. Under this option, select `Vaccine Certificate link’.

After you enter the 13-digit Beneficiary Reference ID, you will be able to download the vaccine certificate in PDF format.
