c. Form 31

In the event of the death of the owner of the bike, Form 31 must be submitted for registration at the new RTO.

3. Registration Certificate

When you want to register a bike in another state, you would need to submit the original RC book or smart card of the bike. The RC book or smart card usually contains the engine and chassis number of the bike.

4. Tax Clearance Certificate

5. PUCC
