Ganga Imli Recipe for Children

Ingredients required for Ganga Imli drink

• Manila tamarind – 100g

• Normal salt – ¼ teaspoon

• Black salt – ¼ teaspoon

• Chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon

• Chat masala – ¼ teaspoon

• Coconut water – 100ml

• Ice cubes – 8 – 10

Steps to make Ganga Imli drink

• Take out the Manila tamarind from its pods. Remove all the seeds from the pulpy fruit. Wash it once or twice.

• In a blending jar, add the fruit, salt, coconut water, masalas and ice cubes. Blend well for at least a minute. Open the jar to see if all the contents have blended thoroughly.

• Transfer the contents to a serving glass. Top it with a bit of chilli powder before serving this drink.

• When serving for kids, you can reduce the quantity of chilli powder in the drink. Also, you can avoid the chilli powder topping.

• Always serve this beverage when it is chilled for the best taste.
